Senior Managing Attorney

Mary is a senior associate at Montco Elder Law ® (joining the Law Office of Rosemary R. Ferrino in 2011) admitted to both the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar, and the Eastern District Court of PA, focusing her practice on Estate and Elder Law, particularly: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives (Living Wills), Estate Administration (Probate), Guardianship issues, Orphans' Court Litigation, Asset Protection, Long Term Care Planning and Medicare/Medicaid issues. She is an accredited attorney for the VA. Mary also earned a certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging's Institute on Protective Services at Temple University.


Mary is a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for the Montgomery County Community College Foundation, where she has participated in presenting seminars to the public on Estate and Elder Law issues. 

She also volunteers for Wills For Heroes, a nonprofit organization providing legal services for our local first responders in need of estate plans. 

Mary is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

PERSONAL:

Prior to law school, Mary supported her husband's career as a U.S. Naval officer spanning twenty years and several duty stations. Raised in Wisconsin, she has lived in California, Florida, Illinois, Maine, and Pennsylvania, and has been temporarily located in the Philippines and France. Settled in Montgomery County with her grown children and grandchildren, she enjoys watching the Eagles, but is loyal to her champion Green Bay Packers.
