Rosemary R. Ferrino

In addition to estate planning and addressing various elder law and guardianship issues, Rosemary has an active estate administration and probate practice before the Register of Wills and Orphans' Courts of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware Counties. Rosemary has devoted the last 22 of her 30 years practicing law exclusively to Estate and Elder Law.

 

Rosemary conducts many initial consultations in clients' homes, promoting their full understanding and making them comfortable with the technical legal issues and concerns facing them and their loved ones. 

 

Rosemary has an active role as a member of the Montgomery County Elder Access to Justice Roundtable, is the former Solicitor for the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services, sits on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council and is a regular panelist in forums discussing Elder Law issues.

PERSONAL:
A lifelong resident of the area, Rosemary ("Rose") married her husband who grew up on the same Philadelphia neighborhood streets as her, 36 years ago. They have happily lived in Montgomery Township since 1987 and are the proud parents of two sons, graduates of Drexel University's School of Engineering and the Philadelphia University's School of Industrial Design, and a daughter, soon to be a graduate of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. The family enjoys travel, family dinner nights and sports, most preferably those that involve going fast.
