LONG-TERM CARE
Our attorneys can provide you with valuable advice about nursing home care for yourself or a loved one. You will get an honest assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the levels of care available at each kind of facility, the costs involved and whether long-term care insurance is right for you.
MEDICARE PLANNING
Government benefits may be available if you qualify as per the income requirements. The attorneys at our office will help you plan to ensure you or a loved one receives the benefits you deserve.
GUARDIANSHIPS
If a person is unable to care for himself, the attorney at our office can petition the court to appoint a guardian to act on a person’s behalf. A guardian is responsible for making day today decisions about an incapacitated person‘s finances, living arrangements and well-being. We offer support to the guardians and carry out their legal obligations. Our attorneys will guide the guardian through the process, including assisting the court-mandated accounting filings.
VETERAN'S BENEFITS
We can determine whether a Veteran and/or spouse have available VA benefits through a detailed review of records. If applicable , we can assist in applying for side benefits. In addition, Attorney Podlogar has been accredited by the VA accreditation authority in assisting claimants with the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for benefits before the Department.
