JESSICA R. VARALLO, ESQUIRE
Attorney
Jessica joined the Montco Elder Law team in 2019 as a Legal Assistant with the goal of pursuing her law degree and becoming an attorney. She graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in 2023 and passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in February 2024. Jessica had the rare opportunity to learn from the experienced partners while attending law school, allowing her to hit the ground running when she began practicing law in 2024.
Consistent with the firm's mission, Jessica focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, long-term care planning, and guardianships. She has a particular passion for advocating for individuals and zealously represents them in litigated matters before the Orphans' Court. However, given the opportunity to assist with meticulous planning, her goal is to keep her clients out of the courthouse.
