MAGGIE DUNLAP

Paralegal

 

Maggie grew up in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Her passion for law began in high school, where she served as a key player on her school’s Mock Trial team for three years. After graduating high school, she moved up and down the North Carolina coast before returning to her Pennsylvania roots.

 

She joined Montco Elder Law in 2024 for a summer internship during her paralegal program, where she found a passion for helping clients in need. She graduated from Wake Technical Community College in 2025 with her Associate’s in Paralegal Technology and returned to the firm full time.

 

Maggie enjoys working on a wide range of cases and approaches each client’s situation ready to help. Her responsibilities include drafting documents, communicating with clients and the courts, and ensuring that each file is organized and up to date.

Maggie is also a notary public.

 

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys crocheting and reading, usually with her cat Zoe by her side.
